Disney 8-Week Challenge: Week 8
Welcome to the final week of the 8-Week Challenge!
This is one more structured week to help you in your journey toward building a daily mindfulness practice.
We hope that you've learned which practices suit you best and have started developing some good habits around when and where practice happens easiest for you. We encourage you to go back through any of the guided meditations after this week to support your ongoing practice and we'll share some additional tools to support you in your final capstone webinar next week.
The theme for these last 2 weeks is "Looking Forward," which involves widening your attention toward the future in addition to continuing to build the foundational practices. As always, you'll find this week's daily dedicated and integrated practices below. Enjoy!

Week 8 - Day 1
Complete a 5-minute Body Scan practice or revisit any practice from previous days.
Week 8 - Day 2
Dedicated Practice: Remembering Motivation
Integrated Practice: Write for 2 full minutes for each journaling prompt below. Once you’ve finished, take a minute to reread what you wrote and reflect.

Complete a 5-minute Focused Attention practice or revisit any practice from previous days.
Week 8 - Day 4
Dedicated Practice: Body Scan
Integrated Practice: Practice generous listening with someone today. When in a conversation, place all of your attention on the other person; listen with your ears and heart.

Today is your final day of the 8-Week Challenge!
Congratulations on making the time to apply what you've learned in SIY. For this last day, we encourage you to pick your favorite dedicated practice (Focused Attention, Open Awareness, Body Scan, Loving Kindness, etc.) and practice for just a little longer than you're used to.
