Biography

Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt is the founder of Activus Coaching & Consulting which supports purpose-driven individuals, teams and organizations to make the inner transformation necessary for greater impact.  A change Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt works with purpose-driven leaders, teams and organizations to help them grow and transform through shifts in thinking and behavior to enhance their leadership, agility and impact. Before becoming an Executive and Team Coach, Stephanie worked with the United Nations, government, and non-profit organizations on human rights protection, conflict prevention and resolution, advocacy and training, traveling to over eighty countries and living in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Stephanie is a Certified Executive Coach by Columbia University, the International Coach Federation, and the Institute for Professional Excellent in Coaching. She is also certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) program on the neuroscience of emotional intelligence.

Stephanie received her Masters in International Relations at the Graduate Institute for International Studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland and Certificates in Political Science and Chinese from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg and Tsinghua University in Beijing.  A speaker of Mandarin and French, Stephanie been published widely and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.

Stephanie is passionate about helping leaders align with their inner values, strengthen their intuition, refine their leadership voice, and enhance their resilience to create lives of purpose, impact and inspiration. She loves helping her clients work through the complex challenges that come with personal and organizational change and explore mindful leadership practices. Leadership above all requires the ability to connect and inspire, to bring the originality necessary for genuine thought leadership, and to spark the changes one hopes to see. This type of leadership must begin from within us; as our most powerful asset as a leader is our full and authentic self. When we lead from this place, we open the door to transformative change within us, our workplaces, and the world.
