Stephanie Klein

Stephanie Klein is passionate about helping leaders thrive through change with mental resilience, so they shift from burnout to balance. She is founder and CEO of Mindfire Mastery, a boutique coaching consultancy that empowers high achieving leaders and teams to unleash the power of their minds and the fire of their purpose to optimize performance, relationships and wellbeing.

Stephanie has taught the SIY program to leading business schools and professional service organizations. She supports them with practical tools and and proven programs at the intersection of mindfulness, emotional intellignence and branding, so they step into more of their authentic potential.

Prior, Stephanie served as a 3x Chief Marketing Officer and has three decades of leadership experience, including: Hallmark, United Airlines, Kraft, Alberto-Culver, Coca-Cola, Cboe Global Markets and Northern Trust.

She is a certified Executive Coach, Leadership and Positive Intelligence trainer, Speaker and a bestselling Author with the Anthology, _Turning Point Moments_ (June, 2022). Later in 2022, she'll publish her book, _“Waking Up on the Right Side of Wrong”_, about how we can leverage the power of disruption to accelerate our growth exponentially. Stephanie received her BA in Psychology from Duke University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys travel, music and riding her bike along Chicago’s lakefront. She is proud to be an 11 year cancer survivor and the mother of two daughters lighting up the world in their own ways.

Stephanie is also an SIY Coach. As a former C-level Executive, she understands the challenges of leading effectively through crisis and organizational change. Stephanie specializes in empowering leaders to step into more of their authentic potential with greater confidence, influence and impact. She illuminates blinds spots and opportunities, which allows individuals to catapult forward with more ease and flow towards their desired future.
