Silke Gericke

Silke is passionate about encouraging people to take over full responsibility for their life, health, well-being and happiness. For her mindfulness starts with connection – inviting people to connect with themselves and other as a human being. Silke has ~20 years experience in technical, business and HR roles at SAP. Since 2017, she is working for the SAP Global Mindfulness Practice directly.

She is active as SIY trainer onsite and virtual and highly engaged as program manager, customer contact, teacher and mentor with SAP Global Mindfulness Practice. In addition, she is certified as MBSR teacher, teaching inside SAP. Outside SAP, Silke teaches on behalf of SAP's Global Mindfulness Practice, trainings being contracted with SAP.
