“Everything I do is grounded in the intention to inspire and help people lead their BEST lives.”
Tay co-founded and co-runs a global modern meditation practice and movement at [M Meditation](https://www.m-meditation.com/). At M, mindfulness and meditation are not only taught in an accessible manner (neuroscience and storytelling) in corporations, there is also an emphasis on its real-life applications in addition to the benefits of a sitting practice. M has been hired as a strategic partner for organizational wellness initiatives with companies such as Amazon, Airbnb, Bulletproof Labs, Expedia, W Hotel (Seattle), and more. "SIY is everything we're already teaching and more. The structure of emotional intelligence backed by science, micro-practices that can be used anywhere in stealth mode, wisdom deeply rooted in centuries-old practices. Not only is it an aligned offering to include in our services, it has also been an effective and transformational offering for our clients."
Tay is also the spiritual strategist and soul mentor for visionary leaders and conscious companies seeking answers to their ["What's Next?"](https://www.taynval.com/) question. Together with her co-founder, they have helped hundreds of already successful business leaders, investors, coaches, doctors, entrepreneurs embody and set in motion their legacies with clear-eyed vision, groundedness, and deep trust. "I am deeply committed to helping leaders compound their leadership in the world."
Tay graduated from one of the top Universities in Singapore - Nanyang Technological University with honors in Communication Studies. 2010, Tay left her award-winning documentary filmmaking career, closed down her production company, wrapped work on a nationally televised series P.S. I’m Sorry, and set off to travel the world by bicycle for a [documentary project to inspire dreams](https://vimeo.com/90166204). Six years, three continents, more than 400 public talks and national radio and TV appearances (in twelve countries), and 2 TEDx talks later, Tay settled in the Pacific Northwest as City Artists of Seattle with her work and life partner, Val.
