Ravi Rade

Ravi is a certified Search Inside Yourself Teacher and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. He works with growth-hungry professionals and teams to maximize their success and reduce stress from their work and lives.

His strength as a teacher comes from his own daily mindfulness meditation practice and applying, experiencing the tools and techniques of SIY in his own work, personal and family life. He teaches from his long corporate career experience and mindfulness practice rather than what he remembers to be taught.

During the course, he uses simple, easy to understand language
to explain the deep and abstract concepts such as self-awareness, empathy, compassion and how they are applicable to the corporate world. He gives practical, day to day examples of work issues and how SIY techniques can help in dealing with them.

Ravi has an MBA from Booth School of Business, and he is the founding president of The Leader Inside You, a training and coaching company for the corporate world.

Before his career as a mindfulness trainer and coach, for 25 years, he has led several large teams in the stressful job environments. Latest, he worked as a director of trading systems performance at Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe).
