Quentin Finney

Quentin Finney is founder of Pause i/O, a certified B Corp especially focused on enabling sustainable high performance through emotionally intelligent leadership. He’s personally committed to helping business leaders along their growth journeys as they move through times of transition and into roles of increasing responsibility. Such critical transformation begins with the deeper inner work of connecting with themselves as a way of enabling them to be agents of greater service and impact in all areas of their lives.

Quentin serves as a faculty member with Wisdom Labs, a lead mentor for startups with Boomtown Accelerator, a Search Inside Yourself certified teacher, a Newfield Networks trained executive coach, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and an international Certified Mindfulness Teacher.

He has worked with very diverse organizations, from Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Expedia, Medtronic, and Google, international Government organizations including the United States Department of Defense and the Ministry of Finance in Jamaica, higher education institutions including Ohio State University and Naropa University, and numerous nonprofits.

In the tech sector since 1999, he has held various consulting, sales and leadership roles with Red Hat, Google, EMC, Northrop Grumman IT, and four startups, where his primary achievements were in the areas of go to market strategy, revenue acceleration, mission alignment, and durably scaling the business into new areas.

A former U.S. Marine officer with advanced studies in Authentic Leadership, Quentin is an honors graduate of The Citadel and gives back by volunteering with Veteran's PATH, a nonprofit focused on providing mindfulness-based transition support for veterans as they rejoin the civilian world and uncover new paths of service.
