Olga Titkova

Olga is a Business Executive with 20 years extensive international business experience in IT industry with strong leadership and business management competencies.  She is also a Transformational Leader and a member of international Women Leadership communities able to identify required change areas and drive consistent execution through efficient operating models, personal influence, entrepreneurial inspirational behavior and collaborative approach.  Olga believes that for many organizations, employee’s brainpower is their main asset - it’s the difference between success and failure, innovation and stagnation.   She is also a co-founder of BE Matters Dubai helping individuals and organizations to become more independent, better versions of themselves.  She is also a teacher-in-training at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.
