Motoki Tonn

Born 1973, based in Germany and Portugal, entrepreneur, author and creative mind. Founder of Lumen Partners and Lumen Design, he serves as a mentor for Yunus Social Business and other organisations. Motoki teaches Corporate Resilience atthe Lisbon MBA and University of Kassel. He is a passionate author and published books on Ikigai and the Art of Kintsugi. He is passionate about bringing Search Inside Yourself into organisations. He conducts effective teaming and works on his PhD thesis on Corporate Digital Responsibility.
