With more than 15 years of leadership experience and a background in strategic innovation and organisational design, Mette has hands-on experience navigating the challenges of the modern workplace — from heading up strategic design at Ustwo, through working with companies like Ford, PepsiCo, Adidas, Eurostar and Condé Nast to her role as Managing Director of Futurice UK.

Alongside her corporate experience catalysing teams and leaders, and being a certified teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Mette is an authorised Genos International coach and practitioner.
