Markus is founder and CEO of evolving GmbH, a group of experienced teachers, leadership trainers and coaches dealing with transformations of individuals, teams, and organizations with their specific culture based on mindfulness and emotional intelligence. The purpose is to contribute to a human, meaningful, effective and sustainable working world. Markus has been working as a partner in a management consultancy, as trainer and coach for more than 30 years.
