Ligia Costa

Ligia is SIY certified teacher. She is the FOUNDER of Thank God if Today, a company focused on leadership emotional intelligence development online content, tools and in company programs.

Before being an entrepreneur, Ligia Costa spent 18 years dedicated to the corporate world. She lead marketing for Yahoo in Latin America and US Hispanic Markets, leading teams in more than 8 countries simultaneously.

Ligia was also previously head of marketing at Brasil Telecom in Brasilia, and account director for Ogilvy Mather, Neogama BBH and Lowe Lintas, and prior she was intern at Lucas Arts in San Rafael, Silicon Valley.

Ligia Costa is a specialist in leadership and emotional intelligence. She is a teacher at FGV | EESP. She graduated in Marketing from Mackenzie, São Paulo (Brazil) and holds a postgraduate degree in Organisational Management and Public Relations from ECA (USP).

Certified Mindfulness by GNH (Gross National Happiness Center) in Bhutan; Master Coach graduated from ICI and member of the ICF (Institute Coaching Federation).

She lives in São Paulo, Brazil with her husband and 2 beautiful girls.
