Kelly Fountaine

Kelly Fountaine – Associate Manager, Culture Initiatives, The Walt Disney Company and a Search Inside Yourself
(Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Program created at Google) Certified Teacher.  Kelly previously served on the Consumer Insights and Programming Strategy team, for Disney|ABC Television’s Disney branded cable networks – Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, and Radio Disney. In her current role as Associate Manager of Culture Initiatives, she is responsible for researching, planning and execution of strategic culture and engagement initiatives across Disney Branded Television.  Kelly is also responsible for helping to define innovative methodologies that advance company inclusive and racial equity efforts and engagement with marginalized employees across our business segment.  Kelly is an effective and influential leader that collaborates with a variety of personalities at every level of the business.  Based in Los Angeles, CA, Kelly joined Disney in 2012. She began working in television in Atlanta, GA as a Music Industry Development specialist for Gospel Music Channel now Aspire/UpTV, in 2005. Kelly earned a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Howard University, Washington, D.C.
where she also developed as a jazz vocalist.
