Ms. Asano has had extensive experience as an inside HR practitioner and for the last five years was the Head of Talent and Development for Coca Cola Japan. Before joining Coca Cola, Ms. Asano was a Senior Manager, Leadership and Team Development, North Asia, for Dell Japan, Inc. for a decade. She has also had previous assignments with LSI Logic, K.K.
