Juan Jose Carreras Henriod

Juan has worked in multinationals in the sectors of Perfumery and Cosmetics, Embroidery and wool threads, Retail and DIY/Hardware, occupying management positions in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Purchasing, which has given him a broad and integrated vision on the business management. He studied at the University of Lima (Peru), graduating with a specialization in Human Resources and later took an MBA at ESADE (Barcelona). He has completed a Post-degree in Coaching at the Institut Integratiu de Barcelona and is a Coach Certified by the Existential Coaching School of Nona Martin (Barcelona).

As a certified teacher of Search Inside Yourself Program, he is dedicated to developing leadership, increasing performance and improving the well-being in organizations, with the clear intention of positively impacting the P & L. He is a practitioner meditator who promotes compassionate leadership in business management.

Its origins in unstable and volatile markets, its integrating vision of the different business areas, and its
experience working with different sales teams, make flexibility and empathy become its best allies to manage uncertainty and train work teams not only in hard skills but also in soft skills, always looking to develop people in an integral sense and giving importance to what they could become to be.
