Jose-Antonio Aguilar

José Antonio Aguilar is a pioneer in the introduction of Search Inside Yourself (SIY) in Spain, promoting and teaching SIY public programs in different locations, in both English and Spanish. He teaches both public and in-company SIY programs in Spain and internationally.

Ingeniero de Telecomunicación from the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona (Spain), Fulbright Scholar and Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (United States). He worked as a Product Engineer at AT&T Microelectronics, both in the United States and Spain, leading R&D, manufacturing and quality improvement projects.

With more than 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation, he has deepened his mindfulness practice and teaching skills by attending meditation courses and retreats in various contemplative traditions, as well asa Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training program in 2014, and SIYLI’s Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher Training program in 2015.
