John Puts

Amsterdam born and Berlin based, John is a facilitator, speaker and coach. He is on a mission to help establish more human centered, purpose driven and connected leaders, teams and work-cultures. He facilitates transformational programs to bring a greater sense of belonging, increase motivation, productivity, employee wellbeing and (personal) leadership. Among his clients are innovative and disruptive companies like Google, Vinted, Bol.com, GetYourGuide, L'Oréal, PwC, Booksy, Nuri and more.

As an SIY Global Coach, he also accompanies leaders, entrepreneurs & those in transition in transformative (team) coaching programs to enable an authentic and conscious way of living & working. He brings in his prior experience as a product leader and entrepreneur and has spent a number of years working at Google and GetYourGuide.

He is a certified facilitator of SIY Global, a certified Integral Coach, an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and the founder of TrueYou. He has lived, studied  and worked in 5 countries across 3 continents and is passionate about climbing, music (piano & handpan), improv, gastronomy and photography.
