Johannes Lukas Gartner

Johannes Lukas Gartner is a community builder, strategy consultant and facilitator of Search Inside Yourself. Up until 2022, Johannes acted as the International Director of Strategy and Organizational Development at Humanity in Action, a NYC-headquartered leadership and human rights non-profit. Johannes started his career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, one of Europe's leading management consultancies. Born in Vienna, his academic and professional journeys have taken him to London (undergraduate degree in law at King’s College), Berlin (postgraduate degree in law at Humboldt University), Mexico City (working at the National Centre of Social Communications), Vienna (EU Fundamental Rights Agency), Panama City (UNDP) as well as Istanbul (Luther Law Firm) and Moscow (university fellowship). Johannes is fluent in English, German, Spanish and speaks decent Portañol. He is a certified Hatha-Vinyasa yoga instructor (RYT-200).

Johannes is also a certified ontological coach. With over 300 hours of one-on-one leadership coaching and executive coaching experience, he has personally worked with C-level executives, senior leaders and teams across several continents and industries on sharpening their self-awareness, transforming limiting belief systems, and taking extraordinary action.
