Jo Wagstaff

By the age of 30 Jo Wagstaff was sitting at the executive table of Australia’s leading wealth management organisation, Colonial First State (CFS), where she was responsible for growing and developing a team of over 150 people and a $40m budget across Brand, Marketing, Product and Client Services.

Jo joined her CEO and a select group of executives to move to the then Packer owned, Challenger Financial Services Group to turn around and grow a Top 200 listed wealth management business. Jo and her team unwound and rebuilt the brand, product suite, client servicing and cultural elements of the business.

After leaving Challenger, Jo started her own consultancy business firstly as a marketing, business development and communications strategist across numerous business and industry sectors and then focusing on leadership development and executive coaching.

In 2016 Jo co-founded Authentic Woman Global as she is extremely passionate about empower all women to Thrive in both work and life.
