Jakey Toor

I am a mindfulness teacher, dance teaching artist, coach, and entrepreneur.

After working with the public sector for 7 years, I founded Artists In The Classroom, a company devoted to arts education, inclusivity, and improving organizational culture within systems. In 2019, I became a certified teacher with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) — a non-profit born at Google, devoted to making mindfulness and emotional intelligence practical & accessible. I am also a member of the National Dance Education Organization, and an SF Community Boards certified Mediator.
