A seasoned leader with 25 years of international leadership roles up to board level in human resources, finance, supply chain and strategy consulting - and with two decades of coaching executives - Isabell brings a full 360 view, and tons of empathy.

Being an SIY Global Coach, certified Search Inside Yourself Teacher and certified Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach, Isabell has accompanied hundreds of individuals and teams in adopting mindfulness and emotional intelligence into their work and life, and it continues to bring her an immense joy witnessing the power of fulfilling personal - and successive business - transformation.

At the base a master in industrial engineering (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) with many additional credentials from MIT, IMD etc., Isabell trained & certified with the leaders in the field of emotional intelligence, executive coaching & agility, and has solid roots in mindfulness practices.

Having worked with many countries globally & based in Germany, France, Spain, México & Perù, she found a home in Switzerland in 2008 were outside of work she is often found snowshoeing or hiking in the mountains. Her working languages are English, German, Spanish & French.
