Gopi Krishnaswamy

Over the past 25 years, Gopi has had a rich professional life of diverse and contrasting avatars. Managing Director at IDEO, one of the most innovative companies in the world, Founder Director at Insight Instore (his 2nd successful start-up), Consultant at Booze, Entrepreneur, Manager etc. In 2014, Gopi added to his life experience by living in Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Monastery where he was able to delve deeper into the practice of mindfulness.

Inspired by his monastic stint, he has conceptualised Llama, a unique mindfulness based training platform that allows people and organisations to acquire the inner skills that are most critical today.

Gopi is one of the first certified SIY teachers in India and is passionately committed to taking the message of mindfulness to as many people as possible.

Gopi is a frequent speaker at corporate events on the topics of Mindfulness, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership and Creativity. He is a published author of books for children and his bestseller ‘Creativity Unleashed’ offers a wonderful program for rediscovering one’s creativity using the power of mindfulness.

When not advocating and teaching Mindfulness, Gopi can be found practicing 'riding meditation' on his Harley Davidson motorcycle around the countryside!
