Gerri's professional experience is deeply rooted in the consumer products, financial services, and technology industries. She has held leadership roles in marketing, finance, and operations that inform her holistic approach to business management. Her global marketing expertise runs the gamut of the product marketing lifecycle: Product Management, Product Development, CRM Data Analytics, Customer Service and Product Marketing, skills that she developed at Fortune 500 multinationals like L'Oréal, Citibank, Jarden Consumer Solutions (Newell Brands), and Mastercard. Known for her inspiring leadership and facilitating style, Gerri empowers teams by fostering an inclusive culture that builds trust, creativity, and a desire to excel.

Through her company Vision Bridge Leadership, Gerri now engages her skills as a Team Facilitator, Business Consultant and Personal Leadership Coach. Her work helps organizations to stimulate innovation and collaboration, helping individuals to become inspiring leaders. Her extensive training in interpersonal techniques combined with over 20 years of business management experience, give Gerri the rare 360 degree perspective that connects the dots between personal development and business results.

Gerri discovered the benefits of a personal meditation practice in 2010 and decided to become an SIY Certified Teacher in 2019 to support her vision of bringing compassion and emotional intelligence skills to organizations. In her spare time she volunteers with Junior Achievement of South Florida, advocating for financial literacy and entrepreneurship by coaching middle and high school students in Broward County. Gerri also enjoys nature as part of her mindfulness practice, and takes advantage of the nearby beach and state parks for cycling with friends.
