Board Member, Beijing Human Resources Association. As a NGO
dedicated to train up HR professionals, HRA offers seminar, conference, case
study materials and other programs. Besides regular strategic planning and
review, I am responsible for product development and resource management.. As a NGO

Frank Cao
had been working in HR area for 22 years. He used to work for AT&T/Lucent
Technologies as HR Director in China, Cadbury Schweppes
as HR Directors for Greater China and Liteon Mobile as Global HR VP. His
current role is Partner in China HRD Network in charge of leadership
development program for companies in China.
