Esben Lund-Hansen

Professional experience Esben has been working with individual and team development in organizations since 2006. The main focus is developing capabilities such as Emotional Intelligence and mindfulnessthat renders individuals and teams to increase their performance, personal leadership and wellbeing. For 10 years Esben worked for Deloitte and Canon in various Learning & Development and Talent Management roles and has done consulting work for companies such as Cisco, Activision, Hugo Boss, VELUX, Nordea and Zurich Insurance. Esben has been practicing mediation since 2001 and is a Yin Yoga and Qi Gong practitioner. Academic background Esben has a Bachelors degree in Modern Languages, Politics and Business Administration and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School. Esben is a former exchange student at Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland (USA), that hosts recognized and distinguished professors such as Richard Boyatzis and David Cooperrider. Esben is also trained as a Registered Nature Therapist.
