Englui Lee

Englui was certified to facilitate the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Program in in April 2019. Originally developed at Google, SIY teaches emotional intelligence using mindfulness practices to enhance individual’s wellbeing, performance and leadership. Along his own SIY learning journey, Englui overcame many of his own challenges in life. He is inspired by the efficacy of SIY’s teaching through his own personal
experiences.

Since his certification, Englui has brought SIY program to many individuals from different organizations. These experiences include The Mind & Science Centre of the National University of Singapore, T-Systems/Deutsche Telekom, Canadian International School, Fortman Cline, Schneider Electric Asia, National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, National Youth Council, Hugo Boss SEA, Singapore University of Social Sciences. Englui also conducted pro-bono sessions to groups of individuals to assist others during the Covid pandemic.

Englui graduated in Management Studies from New Zealand. While living in Australia for several years. Englui completed his Masters in Enterprise Innovation and qualified as Certified Practicing Accountant. Over his career Englui served different roles in various MNCs with regional responsibilities in Asia Pacific and Middle East.  He was a business controller in his last capacity at Deutsche Telekom Asia. His previous experiences included IBM, Telstra, Charles Sturt University and Malayan United Finance. Englui has also taught several WSQ programs under the Singapore SkillsFuture initiative after he gained his qualification in Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment.

Englui enjoys traveling, experimenting his skills in cooking and keeping to his taiji practices.
