Emma is passionate about equipping organisations and individuals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s ‘always-on’ environment and believes that mindfulness and emotional intelligence tools can bring transformational change to the organization, the individual, to customers and to the community at large.

In her roles within organisations Emma has a significant track record of delivering sustainable results through people, in diverse sectors and environments across the Middle East, Emerging Markets and APAC including as a HR Leader and Business Partner in multinationals such as RSA Insurance Group, and MoneyGram International, within fast paced SME environments and independently as a Culture, EQ and Leadership Consultant at People Potential UAE. Emma loves working with dynamic organizations with a clear purpose, values and leadership principles aligned to bring out the best in individuals and to create the conditions for people and business to thrive.

She is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher and holds an advanced mindfulness teaching certification from the Teach Mindfulness Institute in the UK. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and holds Masters’ degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Human Resources.
