Ella Zhang is the founder of The Institute of Growing Capacity (iGrow), which is established to assist businesses to create flourishing workplaces via Brain Science & Mindful Leadership.

Ella Zhang is a passionate change maker, workshop facilitator, and executive coach. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, cultural transformation, and talent development. Prior to iGrow, Ella offered her services as National HR Manager in various Financial Institutions in Australia, and as in-house counsel in the High-Tech industry in Asia.

Since iGrow was established, her time and energy are mainly spent on:

Ella holds a Master of Coaching Psychology from The University of Sydney, a Master of Commerce in Business from Macquarie University, Grad Dip of Strategic HRM from AHRI, and a Bachelor of Law from China. She is also a graduate from Neuro-Psychology; The Neuroscience Academy; Neuro-leadership Institute, SIYLY, and MBSR.

Ella is a Search Inside Yourself mindfulness teacher in training at the moment.  An experienced consultant of Leadership Circle Profiling, Level 3 Team Coaching (from IECL), CTT (Corporate Cultural Transformation Tool 1&2), Transpersonal
