Eloy (or El-hoy, name with which he feels most identified) is the founder of Conzientemente, a spanish company with international vision, whose mission is to help organizations in the transformation and development of its corporate culture, with a focus on PEOPLE.

In full digital transformation of organizations, and with more than 15 years of experience in business, commercial, marketing and human resources areas in mainly IT and engineering sectors, integrates all this knowledge with his vision, his personal motivation and his conviction of the need to work on the development and growth of people and their leadership in organizations.

El-hoyis an expert in the development of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence programs, Healthy Company programs and Well-being programs, with an experience of projects in more than 100 companies. He has more than 10 years of experience in the development and training of "soft" skills and competencies.

He is a Telecommunications Engineer, postgraduate in Human Resources, Expert in Executive and Team Coaching and Practitioner in NLP, having been trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) and Search Inside Yourself Teacher Training.
