Danny Grieco has been in the tech industry for 12+ years selling hardware, software, and custom applications across almost every industry. He’s worked for small startups and Fortune 500 companies and currently coaches Y Combinator founders on sales and mindfulness.

He has spent over 7 years practicing and studying mindfulness including daily practice, silent retreats, and academic study and has taught the SIY course at co's like Facebook, Amazon, and Gusto. He credits this practice with helping him maintain at least a bit of sanity in the rapid tech scene.
