Daliyana Hamid

Daliyana, or Dali as she's known to most, is a communications and change management veteran in the corporate world. She's currently working at the Deutsche Post DHL Group as Global Engagement Director, and is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher and certified yoga teacher specializing in contemplative meditative techniques.

Dali is passionate about helping people explore their edges and different states of being through breathwork and motion.

A recovering perfectionist, she now advocates for practice over progress, and practice over perfection. She often consults on developing mindfulness practices for the corporate world, and offers both private and group yoga and guided meditation sessions.

Dali is based in Bonn, Germany.
