Caroline is a futurist and humanist. As a futurist, she works with companies to translate the future into present-day choices. And, as a humanist, she works with executives to become powerful leaders and conscious custodians of our AI future.

She is actively involved with IEEE’s working groups defining the standards for Ethical AI, has contributed to two seminal books on disruptive leadership, worked with some of the most imaginative organizations on the planet, spoken internationally, guest lectured at many top MBA schools and leadership forums, and won awards for her work with Fortune 100 clients.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College. Caroline also speaks 5 languages, which is a reflection of her nomadic existence and thirst for adventure. Her two bright, heartful and joyful children are her true compass and reason for being.
