Being fascinated about the intersection of performance and happiness I train people and organizations to reconnect to themselves, move from "I" to "We", find meaning & purpose, and deeply connect to one another.

In my previous role as Google Mindfulness Team Lead I trained meditation teachers, lead Mindfulness and compassion trainings, and designed a "Life Design" workshop for people to craft a purposeful life path.

My aim is to bring this expertise and experience to other individuals and companies offering tailored wellbeing, EI, mindfulness and life/career design trainings.
