Biography

Carles is an experienced facilitator in organizational change and executive coach. A PCC ICF Certified coach, specialized in multinational complexe networks development and multicultural management. He is a senior professional that combines his experience in the social and business development areas with coaching and personal development. Carles is personally comitted to build peace conditions for society and has a personal meditation practise of more than 10 years with several retreats in his background. As a hobby, he also is a certified yoga teacher and an old practitioner.

He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic development and implementation, negotiation, organizational design, change management, training and coaching. Carles has a background as a Sales Director and Export Manager and he has worked in complex multicultural environements for public and private organizations, including multinational companies, high innovation SME’s and government agencies.

Carles works as a leadership coach for the Management Development Program of United Nations, the Coaching Career Program at Caixabank and as an executive coach for a large number of companies. He cooperates with different firms to develop managerial positions and team performance. Carles delivers his
services as a Business Coach in the frame of the H2020 EU program for enterpreneurial innovation SME Instrument managed by the EASME (Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises). He cooperates and partner with other consulting firms on a regular basis to foster organizational changes.

Carles is a PCC Certified Coach by the ICF with more that 3.000 hours of accredited hours. He’s been also trainned in areas of brief strategic therapy and Systems Intelligence. He has been trained in different schools by teachers of renown prestige such as Otto Scharmer or John Witmore. He also belongs to the alumnae association of ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
