Barbara Boselli

Barbara empowers individuals, teams and corporations to relate in a healthy way with life’s challenges and thrive in the complex world we live in. Through coaching and leadership programs, she supports individuals and groups in identifying what are the internal and external factors that might be getting in the way of their performance and flourishing and in developing skills to support them in achieving their goals.

Barbara has 15+ years experience working and leading in global organizations such as Google and L'oreal. Her experience leading teams and her extensive training in human behavior enable Barbara to understand complex team and people dynamics, support people in taking ownership for their behavior and bringing people together to work collaboratively as a high performance team.

She has a BA in Business from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Master in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and was trained by iPEC and the University of Santa Monica. She is also trained in Mediation of Conflicts by The Center for Dispute Resolution and in Nonviolent Communication by the NVC Academy.

Barbara lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons ages 6 and 8.
