April Frederick

April Frederick founded Avadi Leaders LLC in 2017 with the mission of inspiring Kind and Compassionate Leaders.  In addition to teaching SIY, she coaches leaders and delivers custom training on leadership development and unconscious bias. April spent 11 years building Learning and Development programs for Facebook, YouTube, and Nokia.  She earned a Masters Degree from Columbia University in Adult Learning and Leadership and became a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and Neuroleadership Institute in 2006. Connect on LinkedIn.
