Biography

Angeline spent more than 18 years in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, working for organisations like Colgate Palmolive, Kimberly Clark and Reckitt Benckiser with a wide experience in both Sales and Marketing. She is also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Mindful Educator by Mindful Schools. Angeline has always been curious about the human behaviour and the relationship between the brain, body and mind and her job has allowed her to study and analysed shoppers’ behaviour extensively.

Combining her passion for mindfulness and her corporate background has allowed her to share the benefit of this practice with everyone including and not limited to busy working folks. As such, she brings the element of mindfulness to all her classes with both adults and children alike. She is a Joy of Living forever student and explored various mindfulness programs including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Angeline holds a Masters of Science in Management Psychology and is a Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching. She lists hiking and travelling as her favourite pastime.

Angeline is also a SIY Global Coach. This is in addition to being a freelance trainer and a wellness coach where she regularly coaches and teaches mindfulness, emotional resilience, stress management and yoga classes for employees from organisations across the globe via a mobile app. Her approach in coaching is a seamless blend of neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology. This in turn helps in enhancing self-awareness and helping clients in finding clarity and transforming challenges and experiences into learning opportunities.
