Amy Ang

Amy is one of the pioneers in bringing mindfulness-based emotional intelligence trainings to companies, non-profits and educational institutions across South East Asia. She founded her own company, Just4Mind, specialising in mindfulness trainings. She conducted mindfulness workshops for senior management and executives in many international and diverse settings including Microsoft, Unilever, P&G, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Central Bank of Malaysia, Great Eastern and IJM Holdings. Being multilingual, Amy is able to conduct trainings in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa.

Amy’s passion for mindfulness stems from her own transformative experience with compassion and wisdom-based practices. Amy adopts a fun, interactive, experiential and pragmatic approach in her trainings. She emphasises on the importance of sustainability and habit building, empowering participants to transform and integrate mindfulness into their personal and professional life.

As a SIY Global Coach, Amy also conducts 1-1 and group coaching sessions with senior leaders, managers and executives to support them in their challenges. Having worked as a management consultant in diversified industries across South East Asia and China, Amy is aware of the challenges faced by leaders in today’s fast-paced business environment. Her coaching provides an open and safe space for leaders to focus inwards, to connect deeper within themselves, to explore their strengths and developments areas, to open their hearts and minds. Amy brings in practical mindfulness and compassion tools into her coaching to support leaders to gain better clarity and awareness, to be more calm and resilient, to connect better with themselves and others, and unlock their own inner wisdom.

Apart from mindfulness trainings and coachings, Amy also conducts leadership, strategic thinking and management trainings for companies and non-profits.  Prior to training, Amy had 10 years of professional services experience in management consulting and finance across South East Asia and China. She previously worked at Bain & Company (South East Asia) and Ernst & Young (Malaysia). She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
