Current behavioral science, neuroscience and corporate research shows that when it comes to optimal team performance what really matters is less about who is on the team and more about how the team works together.

At this 3.5-hour live online program, you'll learn practical interpersonal skills grounded in attention training, growth-oriented mindsets and collaborative behaviors that you can use to promote psychological safety, connection and effectiveness within your team.

Program Structure

This program focuses on three essential aspects of team dynamics that help create an environment of psychological safety for your team based on trust, inclusion, collaboration and performance.

The "I" in Team: leveraging mindfulness skills and building self-awareness of how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact others.
The "We" in Team: building awareness of others to enhance psychological safety, trust and empathy.
Communication Skills: working more effectively with others using clear communication and feedback.

Meet Your Teacher

Our amazing teaching community is expansive, global and diverse, representing a wide-range of industries and backgrounds. Our programs are taught by our highly qualified Certified Teachers, all of whom have attended our rigorous teacher training program.

Jason Sbordone

Jason is SIY Global's Director of Product Development, supporting the ongoing development of programs and content that enable SIY Global and our network of certified teachers around the world to offer world-class training and development. Prior to SIY Global, Jason has over a decade of experience as an Organizational Development Consultant working with global Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Jason holds a Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and is a certified Integral Coach. Outside of work, Jason is often found hiking, backpacking, or pursuing a new creative outlet.

Are there scholarships for this program?

Can I join this program as part of a group?

Yes! We have found that attending the program with others - whether friends or colleagues - allows you to more easily integrate what you learn. We offer discounted tickets to all of our programs for groups of 3 or more. You can find these tickets directly on the registration page.

If you’re interested in building on what you learned, we encourage you to join another one of our programs, such as Search Inside Yourself and Adaptive Resilience. All of our programs share the common threads of mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence and teach different practices based on the subject matter.

We believe that there’s always room to continue to grow these leadership skills and that by attending multiple programs - or attending SIY again - you can expand your understanding and help reinforce what you’ve learned.

Will I receive a recording of the program?

What are the course expectations and technical requirements to join the program?

To fully participate and get the most out of the program, we recommend that you:

Attend all live sessions
Minimize distractions and unplug from other devices so you can give your full attention
Be in a private, physical space where you are comfortable sharing. The program is experiential and includes both breakout rooms and guided meditations. This means that a coffee shop or shared work room are not ideal

The program is held through an online video call platform, so in order to participate we recommend you have:

A private computer with internet access. The program is designed for each person to connect from their own device
A stable internet connection
A camera so that you are able to use video call functions

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for this program. If you can no longer attend, you are able to transfer the ticket to another person at any time before the program begins. You cannot transfer your ticket after the first session. Contact SIYLI to give us the name and email of the attendee taking your place.

Unfortunately, registrations are not transferable between programs and we are unable to provide credit for future programs.

Conference Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Conference Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, Conference Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Conference Organizer. In the event Conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Conference Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. Conference Organizer will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
