Timothy Lin

Timothy Lin is a VP of Business Development at Performics, the performance marketing arm of Publicis Media. In his capacity as a strategic consultant and account leader, he has engaged in partnerships with organizations such as Toyota Motors, United Healthcare, DeVry University, Lenovo, Motorola, and Twitter. In the last 10 years, he has integrated his 3000+ hours of training in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and nonviolent communication into his leadership philosophy, having overseen teams of up to 30 people. Timothy has seven years of leading and facilitating training at the individual and group level,focusing on personal transformation and shifting work environments toward connection, compassion and empowerment. His passion is rooted in putting new ways of working into actual practice, and ultimately helping to create working environments where employees thrive.
