Marc Roudebush

Marc has 20 years experience applying Organizational Learning and Leadership skills in the workplace, as a coach and senior executive. In addition to 10 years management experience in director and senior executive roles, Marc brings 8 years of full-time experience as an executive coach, trainer, and consultant to mid- and senior-level leaders in companies like Google, Shell, Bacardi, Citi and Cisco. His specialty is helping leaders develop the self-knowledge to be Decisive Learners. Marc has practiced martial arts and meditation since 1989. He lives in Boston, MA with his wife and three children.
