A three-time national award winner for innovation in the public sector, Larisa now leads a movement of civic thinkers and government practitioners who are transforming government from the inside out. Larisa serves as Vice President of the Whidbey Institute Board of Directors, where our retreat center nurtures the conditions for transformational change, generatively held within a one hundred acre forest conservancy.
