Kathleen draws on 20 years experience of practicing mindfulness for sustainable resilience, and now delivers training courses on stress resilience in fast-paced work environments. Coming from the high-stress, performance-driven environments of the advertising & creative industry, and change management consulting; she brings to the table facilitation skills honed in high-pressure stakeholder engagements for governance reform & transformation labs. Amongst SEA’s pioneering trainers of mindfulness for corporate contexts, she focuses on enabling creativity, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. A certified teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) USA, Kathleen has facilitated mindfulness workshops in Hong Kong and Tokyo as well as in Malaysia; for diverse audiences ranging from startup teams to executive coaches, and multinational corporates like PwC and PETRONAS. She holds an MA in International Communications from Macquarie University, Sydney; and a MBA from the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo. She helps individuals and teams to access the resilience needed to perform, survive & thrive in rapidly changing, disruptive work environments.
