As a healthcare lawyer, executive and mindfulness teacher, Jennifer has provided advice and guidance to a wide range of healthcare providers over her 20+ year career. She serves as counsel to physicians and providers, health care executives and boards of for-profit and not-for-profit health care companies striving to deliver care with a sense of meaning and purpose. In her work, Jennifer draws on both her professional expertise and her contemplative practice to help her clients increase the quality of their presence, compassion and resiliency to meet their goals and fulfill their mission. Jennifer is a frequent keynote speaker and has facilitated workplace meditations and Search Inside Yourself for clients within and outside of the healthcare community. Her mindfulness teaching is marked by compassionate listening, authenticity and humor. Jennifer is passionate about creating space to empower others to experience their own innate ability to thrive. Jennifer attended La Salle University and earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, concentrating in health care law. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her family and in addition to her legal and mindfulness practice, enjoys traveling, poetry and nature.
