Mission Statement: I want to share my gifts and wisdom with the world, empowering others to live their truth and do the same. I want to help you see their beauty, to befriend and love themselves and nurture their strengths and gifts. I want to help you ride out the ferocious seas and winds of change by helping you to find your inner strength, what holds you at your core when you quake and your meaning. I want you to know that you always have a friend. Pieces of My Journey: My journey started at an early age. I lived behind a Buddhist temple in London and my father was well-loved in the community, so I frequently was there, wandering the gardens, sitting in chanting sessions and exploring monk's quarters with my siblings. Principles were instilled in me from then and I practised mindfulness without knowing it existed. Despite not classifying as religious, I hold many Buddhist beliefs and aspire to live in line with fundamental teachings from all religions. ____________________________________ I found SIY at the end of Architectural university studies and cannot imagine what my world would be like if I hadn't. Working 16 hour days as a norm, with a culture where all-nighters were usual, after 3 years I was completely burnt out. Receiving the scholarship for the 2-Day Program four month's before university ended was an absolute blessing. I was blown away by the exercises and principles. That was possible to have a specific exercise that could train a particular emotional competency! I wanted more, thus applied to SIYLI's Advanced Mindfulness program. Being one out of 10 in the world to receive a scholarship and being funded by my community to attend was so humbling, On the last day of my university term, I flew to San Francisco to participate in SIYLI's Engage Program 2017. Fast forward to now, I am proud to be the youngest SIY certified teacher, and it is such a blessing to be able to stand beside the most outstanding community of not only high achieving career-wise but diverse in background, incredibly warm and compassionate. I am the founder of Mindful Visionaries, a social enterprise that donates 30% of profits to efficient charities, provides SIY programs freely to individuals and organisations that are financially-challenged or who are under-supported. In my practice, I am working towards 3 hours of sitting and an hour of yoga/day. I have over 3000 hours of meditation practice and 2500 hours of teaching experience from ages 7-55. Other: I am an acroyoga teacher and an academic professional tutor, teaching 13 different subjects and guarantee students entry into the most prestigious independent and grammar schools in London with a 100% track-record. In my spare time, I am setting up a social enterprise that retails plants and previously had an architectural practice specialising in commercial retail for department stores. Areas of service: Hospitals/Hospices (nurses, doctors, carers, paramedics), Animal Rights Charities (Loomus, Vegan Society), Charities, Government Councils (social workers, civil servants), Schools (children, teachers, assistants, SEN educators), London Fire brigade, Emergency Services, Corporations (Salesforce, Morleys Group etc), Small-Medium businesses, mentoring 1-1. Personal: My goal in life is to become a philanthropist, re-wild urban spaces and use what I have been given to be a force of good in the world. I want to live an extraordinary life and live in accordance with what I teach and value. Thank you for reading!
