He is particularly keen on working with clients to deeply understand their needs and search for optimal solutions to their issues. His life purpose is to support others in the journey of awakening and healing, and developing compassion and leadership capacity, through training, coaching, and publishing. His core values are presence, compassion, appreciation, and generosity. Huynh worked together with mindfulness experts as an interpreter to world-renowned mindfulness teachers when they facilitated programs in Vietnam, including Dr. Rich Fernandez (CEO of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute) and Dr. Steve Hickman (founding director of the UCSD Center for Mindfulness). He also translated classic books on mindfulness, including Full Catastrophe Living by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Nonviolent Communication by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. Stephen R. Covey. Huynh has had many years of experience of practicing mindfulness and meditation. He has also researched mindfulness from various angles, from religion (including Buddhism, Christianity, and Taoism) to neuroscience.
