Faraz Ramji

Faraz is an Entrepreneur who grew up in the UK and Canada and spent 15 years in East Africa. Faraz's leadership experience is in both International Development and Business. He founded and remains involved with [Norda](https://www.norda.co.ke), a food manufacturing company in Kenya and [EDD](https://www.edd.rw), a non-profit organisation in Rwanda that educates vulnerable children from low-income communities. Faraz is passionate about Entrepreneurship and Africa and bringing Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to leaders in all sectors. He believes that these skills are essential for personal and organisational well-being, helping people to thrive and prosper as they reach their full potential.
