Andrew founded the Dynamic Leadership Center to help folks become more productive at work. He believes that small tweaks in how we use our brain can fundamentally change our work performance, effectiveness of relationships, and overall fulfillment. (Oh, and make companies more profitable too). Andrew combines a structured thinking of an engineer and experience with Fortune 100 companies to create a practical, relevant training. He has facilitated 100+ mindfulness trainings at companies, and has 600+ hours of a personal practice. He worked for The Boston Consulting Group from 2010-2015 and was promoted twice during his tenure, first to the post-MBA role and then to manage project teams. Andrew was trained as an engineer at Northwestern University, and during his time there he worked with manufacturing companies to optimize their production efficiency. In his free time, Andrew seeks out endurance / adrenaline sports (i.e. setting hard goals for no apparent reason) and meditation (i.e. sitting in excruciatingly uncomfortable positions for mind numbing lengths of time). He lives in Boulder, CO and has clients on both coasts.
