Join us for a highly interactive 2-day program followed by a 4-week online journey as we explore mindfulness and emotional intelligence for inspiring wellbeing, collaboration and high performance.

Michelle Maldonado

Michelle is a former attorney, turned business leader with more than two decades of experience across the nonprofit, legal, online media and online learning communities. She brings compassion and wisdom cultivated from her professional experience and over 30 years of meditation practice to her work with teams and organizations to help them lead with focus, resiliency and sustainability. Michelle is passionate about transformation and growth and avidly reflects this in her keynotes, workshops and writings. She is a graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University and The George Washington University Law School and is Founder & CEO of Lucenscia, an international human potential and business strategy firm. In recognition of her work across industries, Michelle has received Top Corporate Leader & Woman of the Year awards.

Samuel Javelosa

Samuel Javelosa

Sam brings mindfulness to the workplace with passion and joy through coaching, leadership and organization development. He brings insight and wisdom from having worked in key leader roles for over 30 years in diverse organizations including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Peace Corps, oil and gas, consumer, and working for justice and peace. He has successfully launched mindfulness with engineers, lawyers, executives, human resource and operations leaders. He has a Master in Management and a Bachelor in Philosophy. As a certified SIY teacher, he will consult with organizations on how best to integrate mindfulness into your business, organization strategy, and culture.

Here are some frequently asked questions we recieve

Cancelation Policy: If you're unable to attend a program that you've registered and paid for, there are a couple of options below.

  • Transfer to another participant: Tickets are fully transferable to another person at any time. Contact [email protected] to give us the name and email of the attendee in your place.
  • Full or partial refund: You are eligible for a full refund less ticket processing fees until six weeks prior to the event. If you cancel between two to six weeks before the program, you can receive a refund less a 25% processing fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the program you are not eligible for a refund.
