Jessica Lu

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam,
Jessica is now a freelance trainer, executive coach and public speaker with a
direction of sharing her knowledge and experience to help professionals achieve
their peak performance and career objectives.  She is a SIYLI’s certified “Search
Inside Yourself” teacher in English and Chinese lanuagues. 

draws on her 20-year managerial and entrepreneur experience in Asia, with expertise on
Human Resources Management functions
and focuses on people management training and leadership coaching. 

After she sold her successful consultancy company (SMART HR
Vietnam) to the multinational consulting company (Watson Wyatt) in 2012, she
has been embracing her dream life style as a semi-retiree, spending 1/3 of time
traveling to see the world; 1/3 enjoying activities for personal growth and
relaxation; and 1/3 helping professionals, managers, executives and educators
in building habits for effectiveness, work/life balance for performance and
emotional intelligence for relationship and peace in mind. 

In 2017, Jessica started the Search Inside Yourself Teacher
Certificate Training and became the first person certified in this course in
Vietnam and Taiwan. To Jessica, the secret key to open the emotional
intelligence is mindfulness. In her opinion, only when we practice mindfulness,
we can be good at self-awareness, which is the beginning of the journey inwards
to notice, understand and handle our own emotions, then to notice, understand
and help others.

Huynh Le

Huynh's life mission is "to help human beings develop mindfulnesscompassion, and leadership, through training, coaching, and publishing." His core values are presence, compassionappreciation, and **serving **(acronym: PCAS).He is now living in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and working for PACE Institute of Management, a leading management institute for business leaders and managers in Vietnam, where he develops and teaches mindfulness programs for various ages, including kids, teens, college students, employees and leaders of organizations.
Huynh has had the privilege to be the Vietnamese translator to various world-renowned mindfulness teachers when they facilitate programs in Vietnam, including Dr. Rich Fernandez (CEO of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute) and Dr. Steve Hickman (founding director of the UCSD Center for Mindfulness). He is also the Vietnamese translator to Jon Kabat-Zinn's mindfulness classic book Full Catastrophe Living.
Huynh has had over 5 years experience of practicing mindfulness and meditation. He has also researched mindfulness from various angles, from religion (including Buddhism, Christianity, and Taoism) to neuroscience. His role models in the mindfulness and compassion field are Eckhart Tolle (the author of The Power of Now) and Marshall Rosenberg (the creator of Nonviolent Communication).
